When/Who do I pay for the course?
When your course dates have been agreed with your Atlas Instructor we will email you a deposit request.
 To secure your booking.
Our full payment details will be included within the deposit request email.
Payments can be paid by bank transfer.
We will request the complete payment of your course fees by email 7 days before your start date.

We primarily serve the Lower Mainland area including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Tsawwassen, Ladner, Delta, Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, and Coquitlam. We are dedicated to providing driving instruction across the major metro areas surrounding Vancouver.

Our instructors are multilingual and can provide lessons in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Hindi, Dari, Urdu, Punjabi, and Farsi. We take pride in having instructors fluent in the most commonly spoken languages in our region.

Yes, for your convenience, our instructors can pick you up and drop you off at your home or other location within our service areas. This door-to-door service saves you time and hassle.

We do not book road tests for students. Please visit the official ICBC website by clicking here to schedule your test.

Our packages include a set number of 1-hour driving lessons plus extras like pick-up/drop-off, use of our vehicle for the road test, and practice time before the test. We aim to provide maximum value in our bundled offers.

Packages are priced according to the number of lessons included. More lessons mean a higher package price. We also have standalone options like individual lessons and just road test rental. Our tiered pricing allows flexibility.

You need to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time to receive a full refund for an individual lesson. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. Please provide us with 2 days notice for cancellations.

After taking the first class in a package, you can request a refund for the remaining unused lessons. You’ll be charged for each lesson taken plus a $42 processing fee. Leftover lessons expire after 12 months. Check our refund policy for full details.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days in most cases. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to complete refunds quickly after approved requests.
